Business Administration Level 2 Qualification (Seetec)

This qualification is aimed at learners working within a business and administration role who wish to improve their knowledge and skills in a variety of work environments. It also forms the knowledge and competency requirements of the Intermediate Apprenticeship Framework in Business Administration.

It is supported by Skills CFA, the Sector Skills Council for occupations in business and administration, customer service, enterprise and business support, human resources and recruitment, industrial relations, leadership and management, marketing and sales.

Mandatory topics covered by the qualification are:

• Communication in a business environment
• Principles of providing administrative services
• Principles of business document production and information management
• Understand employer organisations
• Manage personal performance and development

This is a four week face to face course designed to deliver the knowledge to candidates so they gain the skills and principles of office duties, call handling, data protection, basic digital skills and interview techniques.

Some remote delivery will take place during the course and we will assist with signposting to local vacancies.

The course is suitable for beginners and additional support will be given if required.

All travel costs will be paid to and from the training centre.

This course runs from Tuesday 30th April to Wednesday 29th May. Times are 9.30am to 2:30pm and will be flexible for school runs.
